Shakira and Antonio will 'continue to be partners'

Shakira has announced her split from long-term partner Antonio de la Rua via her website.
‘During our almost 11 years together, we have loved each
other deeply, taken care of each other and stood by one another,' says the fiery Colombian singer in a joint statement online.
'They
have been the most wonderful years of our lives, and thanks to that
love and the respect we share for one another we have been an
exceptional couple and partners. Our friendship is unwavering and
indestructible.



The bum-waggling superstar and 37-year-old Antonio secretly broke up in August 2010, but chose to withhold the news until this week.
Shakira, 33, intends to continue to maintain a working relationship with lawyer Antonio.
'Throughout this time we have continued to work together hand in hand,
have remained close and have kept the details absolutely private until
now,' she says. 
'We view this period of separation as temporary and as a time of
individual growth as we continue to be partners in our business and
professional lives.'

Octomom Gets Mortgage Help from Porn King

Octomom can finally rest easy about making her February mortgage payment -- TMZ has learned porn king Steve Hirsch is covering it out of his own pocket ... whether she wants it or not.



Hirsch -- the president of Vivid Entertainment -- says he will hand over a check to the man who holds the note on Octo's home while he, "continues to study ways to help her avoid foreclosure."

As we previously reported, Hirsch recently met with note-holder Amer Haddadin to discuss the possibility of buying out the $450k mortgage note on Nadya's house.

Hirsch explains that covering Octo's next monthly payment will, "relieve pressure on her and also give us a chance to conduct our due diligence."

Octo has refused Steve's help in the past -- but now that he's going over her head, she can't force Steve to keep it in his pants ... his wallet, that is.

Footballer Ashley and the Playboy Bunny hit it off when they met at London's Funky Buddha nightclub in December and he introduced her to his teammates at his 30th birthday bash as 'the missus'.
'Ashley and Kayla are totally loved-up,' says a source.
'She never thought she'd fall so hard, so quickly, for someone but they get on really well.
'Kayla was gutted when she had to go back to LA for Christmas without him - they were in touch throughout the festive period.




'Ashley thinks she is so down-to-earth and is looking forward to just chilling with her at home.'
Kayla will be staying in Britain 'indefinitely' after receiving Hugh Hefner's blessing to leave the Playboy mansion.

The news comes as Cheryl Cole, 27, who Ashley divorced in September, packs up her belongings and heads out to LA to share a love nest with new man Derek Hough.

Tony Parker's Ex-Teammate -- Divorced

Tony Parker's former San Antonio Spurs teammate Brent Barry is officially divorced from Erin Barry ... the woman who adamantly denied having a sexting relationship with TP during his marriage to Eva Longoria.



TMZ has obtained documents from Bexar County, Texas ... showing Brent and Erin's 13-year-marriage legally came to an end on January 5.

According to the docs, Brent and Erin will share joint custody of their two minor children. As for holidays and other important annual events, the couple will alternate custody every year.

The docs show Brent and Erin signed a prenup before they tied the knot -- which will determine how they will divide their property. The terms of the prenup are confidential.





But get this, Erin was awarded child support through 2013 to the tune of $4,000 a month -- but agreed to stop taking Brent's money three years after she graduates from law school ... with the expectation she can provide for herself.

Meanwhile, Tony and Eva's divorce is still pending ... in two different states.

Sarah Palin's Alleged Stalker -- She Texted Me First!

The teenager ordered to stay away from Sarah Palin -- or else -- wants the world to know he's innocent ... in fact, his dad tells TMZ, he'd never be in this stalker mess to begin with ... if Sarah hadn't texted him first.


It's the craziest story -- the father of 19-year-old Shawn Christy tells us it all started back in 2009 ... when his son began receiving "ominous" text messages from an unknown number.

According to Shawn's dad, the person sending the texts dropped several hints about her identity, including that she's from Alaska and works in politics ... and for some reason, Shawn believes the culprit was none other than the former governor of Alaska herself.

So why would Palin contact some random guy in Pennsylvania? Shawn's dad couldn't explain that part.


But Mr. Christy did tell us they alerted the FBI -- which didn't investigate Sarah, and instead turned on Shawn ... gathering evidence against him to secure a restraining order.

Shawn's dad tells us they've spent thousands fighting the protective order to no avail -- and have since been forced to declare bankruptcy.
